A
Luratie Asylum. and quarters, was awarded a pension based
on emoluments amounting to:
to $5180, which appears
represent
$4440 plus an
addition of one-sixth
for quarters. On this assumption, Dr.Koch's pensionable emoluments would appear to be
to
8756 plus 126 (one-sixth),i.e.. £882, and his pension 220/720ths of this, viz., 8259-10 per annum.
4. I shall be glad to learn if you concur
in this calculation.
6. I should add, with reference to my
desp. No. 48 of 18th February, that the Gov. of Trinidad
is being informed that Dr. Koch's pension from that
Colony is payable as from 30th October, 1917,
not from 29th October.
